Albertian Institute of Science and Technology, Kalamaserry, organized AISAT TECH EXPO-2016, a science exhibition on 6th October 2016. The exhibition was inaugurated by KSIDC Chairman Dr. Christy Fernandez IAS.
The function was presided over by Rev. Dr. Clement Valluvassery, Manager AISAT. Prof. Dr. K.E. George, Principal AISAT proposed the vote of thanks, Prof. Dr. Babu.T.Jose, Director also attended the function.
Dr. Christy Fernandez addressed the students of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT), Kalamaserry during the inaugural ceremony. The rapid development in the fields of Science and Technology has resulted in improved communication facilities, better standards of living and easy modes of travel. Every engineers has to keep in pace with the developments in their fields, so that they are future ready and is capable of taking up the challenges posed by the modern world. They have to think of becoming job providers rather than job seekers. Innovation and knowledge will be the success mantra of the future. He also reminded the students about the startup activities encouraged by Kerala State Industrial Corporation (KSIDC).
Around 200 models from 5 departments were exhibited. More than 1000 students from Ernakulam and nearby district schools visited the exhibition. Models like Solar Fan, Hydro Electric Power Plant, Bowling Machines, Wireless Electricity, Lock gates etc. were exhibited.
