Albertian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT) is a member college of Kerala Catholic Engineering College Managements’ Association (KCECMA). There is an agreement between KCECMA and Government of Kerala. {Ref. G.O.(Ms) No. 258/2014/ H.Edn}. According to this agreement, 50% of the B.Tech. seats in all the member colleges of KCECMA will be allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) for the year 2017-18. Remaining 50% of the B.Tech. seats will be filled by the college on merit by inviting applications. (see  Aisat Brochure & Photo Gallery)

B.TECH.PROGRAMMES & INTAKE*

Civil Engineering (CE) – 60 seats

Mechanical Engineering (ME) – 60 seats

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) – 60 seats

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – 60 seats

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) – 60 seats

(* 5% of the total annual intake, in excess, is reserved for students who will be admitted under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme of AICTE.)

 Eligibility for Admission:

o Academic Requirements:

i) Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least Fifty percent marks in Mathematics separately and Fifty percent marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade. Relaxation of 5% marks in qualification is applicable for candidates belonging to SEBC.

Under management quota, candidates with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible. Relaxation of marks is not applicable under management quota.

(ii) Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the nearest whole number is not permitted.

o Age :

Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2017. No relaxation of age will be allowed.

o Entrance Exam:

Candidates should qualify in the Engineering Entrance Exam, KEAM 2017, conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Exams, Govt. of Kerala. Mark obtained in the Entrance examination is taken to determine the merit along with the marks of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent of the qualifying examination.
