One day workshop on the topic “Change Your Thoughts & Change Your Students” for faculty members was held on Friday, 25th January 2019 by Resource Person Mr. Jose Mundencherry . The venue for the workshop was Seminar Hall in A Block. Mr Jose Mudencherry, highlighted the need to make the most of mentoring, mentors must develop greater understanding of how to bridge and adapt across differences that make a difference. Various Mentoring activities involving the faculty members were carried out during the day. He also mentioned the challenges faced by the mentees and mentors and how to overcome these challenges to be successful.
