A session on career opportunities in Petroleum & Gas related industries were held on 19th March 2019 for S8 ME students. Personnel from IVION Technologies (Accurant Engineers and Consultants) served as the resource person for the session. They discussed the topics relating to the future chances and possibilities of industries were mechanical engineers can work, and how the recruitment process in those companies is carried out.
They explained about the possibilities of mechanical engineers in the marine field both offshore and onshore. They also briefed about their institution which provides assistance and training for mechanical engineering students for their placement into various mechanical related industries. The class was awesome that it provided much relevant information for the future of the students
