Alberts Maritime Institute was inaugurated by H.G. Most. Rev.Dr. Joseph Kalathiparambil, Arch Bishop of Verapoly at AISAT Technical campus on 6th January 2020. Alberts Maritime Institute is a new initiative by the Archdiocese of Verapoly. Rev.Fr. Denny Mathew Peringatt, Manager AISAT in his welcome address spoke about the vision of the Arch Bishop and the continuous support given by him throughout the years and to face challenges and succeed them. Inaugural Ceremony also witnessed the presence of Mr. Hibi Eden, MP,Ernakulam who in his presidential address highlighted the need of such ventures to scale global competitions. The event also witnessed the presence of Mr. T.J Vinod, MLA, Prof. K.V Thomas, Ex-Minister, Municipal Chairperson Ms. Rukia Jamal, Dr. K.A Simon, Director AMI, Prof. Dr. Jayaseelan, Principal AMI, Prof.Dr. S. Jose, Principal AISAT, staff and students.
