Anyone who meets these criteria can donate blood: Age: 18-65 Weight: Minimum 55 kg Should have a normal breakfast in the morning (avoid heavy breakfast) Should not be on medicine The donor should need adequate sleep the day before the donation (6 hours) Avoid consumption of alcohol and cigarette before 24 hours of donation Blood can be donated once in three months Your generosity can give someone a second chance at life!.
